Service Description

A month (4 classes) of Hatha style evening Yoga for everybody. A relaxing hour of stretching and strengthening the body and mind with an emphasis on breath work and traditional Asanas. Suitable for all abilities. Bring your yoga mat and any props you like to use e.g. yoga blocks, blankets and straps.
